		Columbine
		The Colorado Blue Columbine is the most distinctive flower in the Rocky Mountains. The Columbine inhabits a wide environment—from the moist aspen groves at 6000 feet above sea level to the sparse rockslide zones at 12,000 feet. This particular flower was found living in a small patch of subalpine vegetation in the Indian Peaks region of Colorado.
