Ah... taxes and the Internet...
Since Banner Tree is a Colorado-based business we are technically obliged to charge our customers who are Colorado residents the standard sales tax.
But since we figure that is kind of unfair to our fellow Coloradoans, we decided to give you a break.
So if your shipping address is in Colorado we will cover the sales taxes for you.
You will only pay shipping, we will pay your sales tax, and everyone should be happy and legal!
PayPal
Banner Tree currently operates its online sales via PayPal, an established online sales service.

There seems to be a little quirk in PayPal's purchase page if you are a 1st time user.
After you select a credit card type, hit the "Refresh" button. Otherwise it doesn't know to ask you for a 3-digit credit card verification code that's on the back of the card. It gives you an error message without this 3-digit code.
Sorry for any troubles on this. It tripped me up the first time too!
